Last night, I had dinner at Lyman Estate, together with a group of people I work with. The purpose of the dinner was many-fold: thank you, good bye, welcome, and it was a really pleasant evening.
This is the second time I’ve been to Lyman Estate, but it’s the first time the weather has been warm enough to wander in the grounds (which are beautiful). We had a very pleasant hour or so strolling along paths and through gardens. Although we were really in the suburbs of Boston, it felt very much like we were in the country, with lots of greenery, wildlife, and no sounds of the city. We even had a pretty good view of the night sky as we left.
Jonathan took some great photos while we were out there – it’s enough to get a girl thinking about the benefits of a digital SLR camera!
